Purchased a vehicle and they lost there gas card so they didn't fill up my car. I had to convince them to use there own money to pay for my gas. Then they only filled up 3/4 of the way. They are a bunch of idiots there. Would never buy a car from them again.
My experience here, especially dealing with David Pilsch were unpleasant to the point that I will never, ever do business here. David is an arrogant anti-masker as well as a poor example to his staff & customers.
I wrote 2 other reviews about service advisor Chris Lewis who was great and very professional. Since then Chris has moved on. DO NOT BUY OR GO FOR SERVICE at this dealership. My new Cherokee's radio malfunctions. It has taken over 3 months and 4 phone calls to the Service Department to find out they had forgotten to fill out the paperwork and to order the radio. What a joke the service department is. I left a message for the dealership manager and what a surprise.. he didnt call back! Hanlees Chrysler, Kia and Jeep should be closed permanently!
