I made an appointment to check a Drive Mode Unavailable message and check engine light for noon on a Friday. Upon arrival, I was told they dont do that on Fridays, the call center shouldnt have made that appointment, it takes 2-3 days ($399 fee), and they dont offer loaners until they finish. Since I had no way of doing that (my only car), I asked to just do the oil change Id also requested and was told one hour. Two and a half hours later, the advisor came to me to offer additional services. I chose an air filter, alignment, and fuel line flush or something and waited another hour plus. Finally checked out at 3:45pm with a $458 bill. There were signs all over the waiting area saying if the experience was not positive, text your advisor to get to a manager, but she never gave me that info. A good manager wouldnt need to be told that people have been waiting for hours, though. The next day I received a text asking if Id like to trade up and a text saying that I missed my appointment, but could reschedule. Its a disorganized mess there, mostly specializing in upselling and making people wait for hours. When the only positive thing is the free snacks, thats pretty bad. A
Dealership was very busy and took a long time to service my vehicle. The phone system was having problems and it was impossible to get status for when the vehicle would be ready. However, the service technician was excellent.
Your parts guy is very rude. I bought parts from you and you refused to ship my product to me wanting me to make a 3 hour trip. Horrible service I will not buy any more cars from you. Service and parts are the key to a good run dealership.....yours is very bad. You lost 2 customers to KIA
