Refused to give estimates because they thought I would not bring the vehicle to them. Told me they didn't want to my business and not to bother coming back. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone and take your vehicle somewhere else where they value you as a customer.

I can't speak for the work- I hear its top notch. The first impression specialist needs some retraining. I just wanted to talk to someone about a dent repair, not fill out paperwork (which I stupidly did) and then listen to phone calls about an insurance company issue. At LEAST tell me someone will be with me shortly BEFORE initiating an outbound call. Better yet, do that right after finishing up with the previous customer and before taking a call. I'm certain no-one knows a customer walked out the door. You can guess my impression. Hope this helps the company live up to the image it puts forth.

These guys were amazing! They came highly recommended and now I know why. Their staff was very helpful, every question I had was answered, and the work they did on my car was awesome! I couldn't be happier!
