Wow... so far the absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. It's like they sell 1,000 cars a month. They are completely unresponsive, unreliable and portray themselves as if they could care less to earn your business. No thanks... I'll gladly take my business elsewhere!
Julio was an easy person to work with. He quickly understood what we wanted, did not waste our time and did not play games. We had an excellent experience working with him and with the dealership. They are very customer oriented. We love our new Jeep and would highly recommend JULIO as the person to see at Prestige. He LISTENS and acts accordingly. Run, don't walk to see JULIO if you are in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep.
The only issue I have is that the service department is not good about calling customers to tell them about their vehicle. I called three times and left a message but finally had to drive to the dealership and find someone to find the service rep who was helping me. When I got there my vehicle was done. I had a rental car that had to be turned in by 6:00pm and I was getting nervous. Paul did good by me by helping me out....actually, every time I've gone to Prestige Paul has helped me out and made sure I was a satisfied customer when I left. Thanks Paul....they should pay you more
