Service dept is iffy, I can honestly say as a female they will tell you anything. No one has worked on my car but them and I'm having to pay for items that they possibly messed up.

I had a warranty issue that came up on my truck. Gunter Ram had to order the part. Even with this, they were able to get me back in my truck the next day.

Ordered simple parts from here on the 24th of July, which was a Saturday, guy told me they would be there Tuesday the 27th. Firstly, it was a pain to order because it was like the guy was not even listening to me while giving him my information because he was reiterating off the wall information. Called that Tuesday to see if the parts were in, they weren't, called again the 31st and of course, no parts and I was told that they would call me when they got there. Today, August 4th I called yet again and the parts are finally there but I was put on hold forever and they kept getting my name wrong again, I'm surprised they found the parts from getting the wrong name almost every time. Will not be ordering parts from here again Worst ordering experience I've ever had!
