I have done business with them over the years since 2013. Generally, the experience is tolerable. This will be my last time even considering this shop. I was quoted two different prices when I described the same item both times. After the gentleman failed to honor the lower quote, he proceeded to show disrespect toward my sorority with the comment and underhanded tone, "there's never any of them around anyway"..."There were always only one or two on campus". The audacity to be making D9 Greek items but not respect the organizations' members. I hope NONE of my sorors ever need your business. I sure don't!

I got a few samples done which came out okay-went and got a big lot of the same thing done and many pieces had loose thread, very rough embroidery. The man was very rude about it saying he has 62 year old eyes and can't see the thread that well and that he gave me a discount so he knew I wouldn't be happy with the product? Whatever that means. Paid for my product, was told not to come back (which obviously I wouldnt since the quality was absolutely terrible!) came home and took a closer look and the embroidery isn't even in the center of the circles! Waisted money on product I need for my customers and he put me a week behind! Terrible customer service and terrible quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
