Our overall experience was okay... We were at the dealer for probably 8 to 10 hours trying to get everything worked out. We did not get our car until after closing time and finally got to drive it home. Because it was after closing time, they could not put an inspection sticker on it, so we had to drive an hour back to the dealer the next day to get an inspection sticker. The best experience was the fact that there was a play room for our kids to play in during the exhausting ordeal. We finally got the car, but still ended up paying to much for it. Take it how you want.

Give up on buying Chrysler/Dodge. Repeatedly repair appointments at all of these dealers are 3-4 weeks out just to evaluate your vehicle. Trading my car as soon as possible.

The absolute worst customer experience related to the service department I've ever seen. And when they said they'd make it right they poked us in the eye with a stick. Never going to set foot in there again.
