DCH Honda Nanuet and DCH Honda Paramus are owned by the same company. I leased a car at the Nanuet location. I brought my car in for service due to a manufacturer defect and was told it would take a day or two for repair. When I asked for a loaner car, I was told that only four are available and I have to schedule them a month in advance. What?! So now, while DCH Nanuet gets my car to fix their own issue, I have to make arrangements on my own to get a car. Never again. I'll be going to Mahwah Honda for my next car.

Would give it a zero if I can I been trying to contact them for months about a recall online and by email because my speaker to my phone doesn't work I keep having people say someone will get back to me and no one has for months and I am having a baby and need a seat belt in my car repaired I emailed them they said someone would get back to me and still no reply I'm sitting here waiting for someone to email me back about my recall and repair I need done to my car

Last week I purchased a 2007 CRV, and had a great experience working with my salesperson Tony. He was very kind, and did not make me feel at all pressured to buy. Great salesman! I would have had a great review one week ago. However, before purchase, I brought up concerns about the front brakes needing to be redone soon, and was told that since is passed inspection, nothing could be done. I accepted that this might be a cost later down the line. But now it is literally one week later, and my mechanic let me know that the front right brake caliper is seized, and the brakes and calipers need to be replaced ASAP. In fact I was advised not even to drive far before repairing it. I brought this up to my sales person, and was advised that his manager would not be able to do the repairs because the warranty doesnt cover brakes. So, it is one week from the time of purchase and I am being stuck with a $740 bill. While it may not be technically under warranty, it is just the right thing to do to fix it, especially as it is a concern I brought up pre purchase and was told it was fine. Not to mention, I brought this up on Friday had to wait til today, Saturday, to hear back and now am being told that they cant speak to me about it until Monday, because theyre busy. I am also busy, and not to mention that I have a Mothers Day trip planned this week with my mom who I have not seen in over a year due to the pandemic. Now my trip may be impacted because I have to scramble to get my car repaired. While my experience with my sales rep was great, I feel very disappointed in the management, and not valued as a customer. Very disappointing to not have this issue taken seriously and responded to promptly.
