Bought my vehicle from here @ 10 years ago and usually have good service. This time I dropped it off at 9 for 10 oclock appointment and made sure they knew I wanted it done by 2. Many phone calls later it was finally done at 5 o'clock.

Watch out for the sales folks in this Ladd Hanford Kia used car dealership (more specifically Chad). Sells me a car with only one car key FOB and fails to disclose this significant fact until I was about to drive off with the car. Then promises to amicably resolve the issue (only to realize later that this was a cheap ploy). Then valiantly attempt to extricate themselves from their responsibility. I surmise a dealership sanctioned practice because attempts to engage the dealership owners falls completely on deaf ears.

I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Forte from Ladd-Hanford Kia from a very polite sales associate named Taylor. I had been searching for a car for almost an entire year, and had test driven too many vehicles to keep track. I could not have had a more positive experience buying a car than I had in this scenario. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and any info requested was given without hesitation. I would recommend this dealership, as well as Taylor to anyone who asked for ideas. I love my Kia and would definitely purchase from Ladd-Hanford again!
