I bought a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Sport in September 2019 for approximately $92,000.00. The sales experience was great. However, within a few months of buying the vehicle, I began experiencing issues with the Lane Keep Assistance feature and the Forward Collision Alert. The vehicle has now been in the service department four times for the same issue and each time it has been in service for about a week. I am given a loaner to use that is not at all comparable to the vehicle I purchased. The service advisor, Belen, is very nice but she does not possess the knowledge to correct the problems. The service manager, Amanda, was initially responsive, but after returning one of my phone calls, did not return my later calls to her and she has not reached out at all during this frustrating process. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership because they cannot deliver when it comes to servicing vehicles and providing quality customer service. They will happily sell you a $90k luxury vehicle but they do not seem to have the expertise, ability or desire to provide any service after they get your money.

Walked in and asked if we could see something with a 3rd row. Told they have none on lot except whats coming in. I asked if they could call when one comes in to see if we could view one (not even test drive! Just look!). Was told by Michael (we think that was his name at 3:50pm on Sat August 27th) that they cant even show a vehicle that has someones name on it. Basically telling us we were not welcome there and we could turn back and leave - didnt even bother to stand up and address us. They lost a possible customer.

Today I purchased my first Land Rover from Brody who provided excellent customer service. Brody was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as all other vehicles that comparable to the Discover. I felt like I was family. I have referred my coworker to Brody to purchase a Discovery Sport and I will return to do business with him in the future. My husband and I have purchased two Land Rovers now from Checkered Flag Land Rover of Virginia Beach, both of which were custom ordered. I have to say that Bob Smith is the best!! He is so great to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. He made the whole experience easy, fast and very friendly. I definitely recommend Land Rover and ask for Bob Smith!!!

The customer service at this place is horrific. You won't be seen for 3 weeks to 2 months if you have a service issue. Just be warned. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and under serviced at this location.
