Impossible to get ahold of. Days of unreturned phone calls, emails and facebook messages. Some of the worst customer service I've seen for a B2B company. They will also not return your artwork if they make any edits to it for your job. Never had such a challenging business relationship.
I thought I should share my experience with Image Quest. I ordered (using the I Quest website) light weight pullover on the 2nd of Oct. I was informed delivery would be the 26th of Oct I thought that was a little long for the size of the order. 1st: Problem they shipped the order to another person with yet another person name on the invoice!!! I got lucky and I kinda knew that person. 2nd: Problem they totally messed up the design / layout of what was supposed to be on the pullover. 3rd "The biggest Problem they do not answer their phones" no matter what extension you request!!!! This I have an issue with if you are going to try and operate as a business than act like it.. I asked them to fix or make it right with the pullover, they did email me "the responds was short handed because of COVID". I think that is a lame excuse you had 15 days to get it none right and it's not the first time they have done that type of design work!!! So I Quest decided to refund my money instead. If you are thinking of doing business with them hopefully they will answer the phone and do it right the first time.
ImageQuest did such a great job getting our T-shirts to us quickly. Our logo was centered beautifully , and every word on the word cloud was clear. We are very pleased. A special thank you to Jackie Riemersma for answering all my questions, and being prompt with replies, both with phone and e-mail.
