Good at sales good pricing and arrangements for financing, but will sell you are car with an old battery, that will not hold a charge nor will they be willing to replace it. John johnson good salesman, general sales, and customer service is lacking. I would not fully recommend this dealership.

I went in to go buy a jeep wrangler. I don't know what the salesman thought of me but using foul language joking around and talking about sexual things was completely inappropriate and I will not buy from them. I never laughed or knowledge his jokes, yet he continued.

My wife and I purchased a new Chrysler Sebring from Power Chrysler on Bell Road. Anne, Michelle, and Sergeant Joe made this an unbelievable buying experience. They took great care of us with their overall insights, and we believe that we have made a great purchase at an extremely reasonable price. I have always hated the car purchase nonsense. However; the team at Power Chrysler made this experience just lovely. My wife and I love our new Sebring. Seeing her drive down the driveway in that car makes me overjoyed. Thanks guys! The dealership is everything a dealership needs to be. Clean with professional staff. This needs to be the same for buying a used or new vehicle. Michelle helped us with the purchase a used van. It was a very pleasant experience. After seeing how some of these other dealerships operate, this one is the best we saw. Thank you Power Dodge for the smooth transaction. NEVER GO TO COURTESY CHEVROLET!!!!!
