I highly regret buying my Jaguar SUV, Im Active duty MILITARY, a deer ran out in front of my car on a highway and my car has been in the shop for 36 days now. My rental was up after 30 days, Jaguar isnt helping (even though Im waiting on THEIR parts that are on back order). Manager told me to reach out to Jaguar North America HQ to file a complaint and they were also no help other than they offered to track the parts. I was told parts have been taking weeks to months to come in (from the UK). My auto body shop said it took 4 months to get the last Jaguar out his shop if i would have known the problems and headaches prior to purchasing this vehicle i would have went in a different route 100%. Now i have no car, no rental, no way to get to work and no timeline as to when Ill get my car fixed. Terrible customer experience. This will be my last Jaguar. Beware when you purchase, parts are manufactured in the UK and very difficult to get.

They refused to service a 2001 Jaguar because it was too old. Apparently they pick and choose what they feel like working on, even if its the make they sell. Not a dealer you can count on to be there for you when your car needs work.

Called ahead and walked in on a Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by Clara at the receptionist desk right at the front door. She introduced us to Joel, our friendly and straightforward salesman. There were several very nice and interesting pre owned performance luxury car brands on the showroom floor and the dealership appeared to be quite busy for early February. However after only ten minutes, my wife and I were out test driving our car. The asking price was fair based on my research, so there was no need for extensive negotiation. Following our initial visit, Joel was always available or returned my call promptly. We returned the following week to close the deal which was fast and easy and forty five minutes later I left in our beautifully detailed Porsche. Thank you for the great service guys, we'll definitely recommend you.
