Don't take your vehicle here to get worked on. They will take forever and never give you updates on your vehicle's status. It requires a Christmas miracle or an act of Congress to get them to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs, go to another dealer, ANY other dealer.
I called in distress on a Wednesday... without a vehicle no car rentals around... Zach heard my desperation and told me if someone could get it there he would try to get it looked at in a day or two. The next day he called me back to let me know what was wrong. He offered to call the warranty company to see if it was covered. It wasnt but he called back and let me know the total. Told me he could order parts and most likely have them there Friday. I agreed. No word on Friday but at noon on Saturday he called and the van was done. The technician came in on his day off to fix it! They had gotten the parts late Friday but knew I was in a bind and made it happy! Very happy with their customer service!!
Dylan was a great sales person to work with, Even though we were not able to come to an agreement, he kept my best interest in mind and was 100% professional and courteous. I definitely plan on returning to Shottenkirk of West Burlington for my next purchase of a new or used vehicle.
