They are a little on the slow side when it comes to pulling parts, over 4 hours just to get a heater motor that only takes about 10 minutes to remove from car.

I needed a part and the friendly ladies at the counter sold me one compatible ACCORDING to the computer! Unfortunately the computer was wrong and I called back the same day and they stated and did call me back with a replacement promptly the next morning. Everything was going well until a young man in a bright sweater came from the back, not involved in the situation at all, YELLING AND CURSING, accusing me of damaging the part (Totally untrue)... There was a difference in the connectors! The nice ladies continued and refunded me 10% for my inconvenience. I traveled an hour to get there and would've done it again... But after being disrespected, I'll go in another direction and spend my money elsewhere because of him !!!!
