Very unorganized.and long process. License was not given back in the confusion and no one even called. I had to reach out several days later when I noticed it was missing. Still waiting for the payoff check promised for my old lease. The Forester is a great vehicle but you may want to go elsewhere.
will not stop calling me even after i told them they have the wrong number & the wrong person in general. id never buy from them even if i WAS looking for a car because of the harassment.

I had a very good experience with RK. Salesman Jessica Monzo put a lot of legwork in and was very professional throughout the process. I like how knowledgeable and patient she was with all of our questions and concerns. I will be sure to recommend Jessica and RK to all my family and friends.
It's unfortunate that I have to share this terrible experience. My family and I did not have the welcoming and customer service that we expected. We felt rushed and pressured to lease. We did not feel the team respected our concerns or addressed our questions. The sales manager, Wes Storar, was curt and appeared frustrated to work with us. He noticed we were from Cherry Hill and urged us to go to the Cherry Hill dealership instead. He said that we aren't creating a relationship with your dealership and he is just "moving a car" out of his lot. The finance manager, Alex Hilgetag, was completely unprofessional and rude . After misspelling my last name on the paperwork that needed to be signed, he became grouchy because he needed to reprint it. It was closing time, so he told us that we must sign the lease tonight or don't plan on coming back. He was condescending. He eluded to why I was questioning prices when my salary was more than enough to handle the monthly payments. My brother asked questions and he refused to speak to him because his name wasn't on the lease. This attitude is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I will not be able to recommend this dealership to others. My family and I are highly disappointed
