Hi George, you came in to transfer your vehicle thats being financed on August 14. Your registration was ready for pick up on September 2. We followed up with your finance company on August 25 to see if there was anything else that could be done to expedite. That is a very fast turnaround for a finance vehicle when traditionally financing lease companies are making customers now wait at a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks before sending their title. When you picked up your registration, you became aware that there was a name misspelling in error by the state which we sent back in for correction. That correction is now completed and ready for pick up. We are not able to process anything until your bank sends us the title. I hope this provides you with a better understanding of how the process works. We did not hold up your registration. You are not able to get a registration on any long line without a title.

DONT NOT GO HERE. You are better of going and waiting in the long lines! Atleast then you will know you will get what you need on time. It is now running on 3 weeks and everyday they have a run around story about why I haven't received my paper work. Not professional at all specially since they pride themselves as a place of fast service. I will never do business here again. I repeat NEVER! Those long lines are quicker than this place. I've warned you in advance.
This is my second annual visit to this office for my renewal. Bruno was very helpful and I love thr new changes to the office. This place is a gem in Oakland Park!
We just purchased Forever Propane and had a large fleet to register and title. Chris did an amazing job handling all of our needs. Great place to do business with!
Hi Arlene, Out of state titles take generally 60 days. Your original request to US Bank was sent out on 8/29, 9/15, then 10/19. US bank confirmed receipt from a fax number that we have used for countless US Bank customers previously who are transferring. From time to time banks will redirect the point of contact within their back office. Our requests contain your account number so the request can be uploaded to your file. Unfortunately there is no internal communication or ETA provided by the banks and their collateral Dept with us to give any indication as to the ETA. Also, specifically to one of your points, it is very frustrating when the banks claim not to receive a request that was sent to them with confirmation. It is also my understanding you did a conference call and they acknowledged receipt this time last week. At this moment, I am dealing with another file with Nissan. The representative claims to not have received the request, but in this case, it was sent numerous times to the contact number they use (no change) and also provided an email for us to send directly to a representative with a carbon copy to our customer which they received. This was on 9/29 and as of today, they still have not sent the title. I wish the process was more modern and efficient. We look forward to completing this for you upon receipt of the out of state title.

Whew!!! Bring some patience if you're trying to obtain an out of state title transfer with this office. Originally met with Denise - everything was good the day of. Paid $400!! That's an important detail because I chose to support this local branch versus going to dmv where it would have been cheaper.........not sure if they appreciate that fact. Fast forward to now, 2 months later, no communication from this office as to an issue with my tags or its processing. No communication at all actually. So I try to reach out. I reached out 3 times on separate days via their text message system (same way I communicated with Denise previously) - no answer. So I join the corporate hold on the phone. Marilyn, has no problem telling me repeatedly that she has a customer in front of her and cannot talk to me right now, will call me back. Only she doesn't call back. We played this song and dance until I refused to hung up. Come to find out, my bank NEVER RECEIVED any fax from the tag agency that Denise assured me 2 months prior that they had the correct fax information of all banks. Nope! Not true. My bank confirmed the correct fax number. They also confirmed from the point that they do get the information, it'll take a few MONTHS to turn around. Which I had accounted for IN AUGUST when Denise originally told me it would take a few months. DID NOT account for it take a few months from MID TO END of October forward. Pretty much may not get this taken care of until the new year. Had I not insisted on calling and insisted on waiting on hold for the information I was asking for, who knows when they would've given me a courtesy call to simply say "hey you may want to check with your bank bc it's been 1 month, 2 months since we've heard anything on your transaction" Nope, that courtesy was never extended but the justification of me needing to be on top of my bank is repeated over and over. Your customer can only be on top of their bank when the ball is out of YOUR court. The ball IS NOT out of your court when you send a fax - its out of your court when the merchant RECEIVES the information you're sending. Which leads to another issue. PII!!! Who have you sent my personal information to if you don't have the correct fax number?! Didn't think there could be a bigger pain than the DMV.
