My item was damaged even though it was in a box inside a box, which leads me to believe it was damaged prior to shipping and still sent. Only thing that was good was that it arrived in a timely manner

Item was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner however the box was damaged due to them removing possibly a price tag. When I contacted them I sent attachments of the damage and they offered me a refund of $5 - which I refused as I paid almost $65 plus and an additional $14 for shipping. I then contacted PayPal to have the matter resolved. Again they offered me a refund this time for the amount of $15 and then $20 - which I refused. What they failed to comprehend is I dont want compensation nor a refund I simply want to ship the item back to have it exchanged for a new one that isnt damaged. To make the situation even more frustrating they are now offering me a full refund however I must pay for shipping. This will be my first and last time buying from this place.!

I'm based in the UK and the shop is USA based the communication wasn't great I got a confirmation email of purchase then heard nothing else the pops just turned up. Also it took nearly 4 months from purchase however I'm not sure if that was due to some pops being preorder. Package extremely well and will be buying from them again.

trying to get my money back for an order that wasnt fulfilled. this store doesnt care about you as a customer. i emailed and called and they do not seem to care that they didnt give me what was promised in the description of the product. would give this company 0 stars if i could. paid over 100+ and cant get a simple refund OR my items shipped that i paid for. i will be taking it to my bank to see if i can dispute this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
