Mr. Leon we are so sorry that you feel this way. That is never our intentions. Our goal is to always give you the best option possible, even if it means that we don't win the job from you. In most cases, paintless dent removal is the better option. Since you had paint damage though and needed a rear bumper replacement, we felt it necessary to refer you to a body shop. I'm sorry that you felt that we were turning down your dent. That most definitely was not the case. Since we do not offer any painting services and the body shop does, we felt it necessary to point you in their direction rather than us do the work. Though we explained this to you in person, this review has made us think of a better way to communicate to customers in the future when we feel the need to refer them to a body shop because of the severity of their damage.

I have dent on my truck and I called him , and he checked my truck and he stated he could fix my dent , but he wanted me to get everthing fix and he sent me repair shop which they always want to make money of insurance companies to get it fix, I do understand business but why not fix it now and then when I have the money to give to the insurance then I can do claim , I just wanted the dent to get fix, he refused his service .

I had an ugly dent in my cars left front fender. Hudson arrived on schedule. He was meticulous and professional as he slowly and carefully made the damage disappear. As if by magic when he finished there was no evidence that the car had ever been damaged. He is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. His price was fair and as quoted. Hudson was a very pleasant person to work with.

I had a dent on my door that probably would have never gotten fixed without the convenience of using Dent Gents. They came directly to MY home to do the repair, which is a huge benefit for my schedule with two little ones at home. Hudson was friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore, it looks amazing!
