I called to make an appointment for window tinting. The guy that answered the phone cut me off half way through my sentence and put me on hold. A few minutes later he came back and I stated that I wanted to set up an appointment....he cut me off again and told me that I had to physically go to the shop to set up an appointment. I explained that I have a newborn baby and it would be difficult to go to the shop just to make an appointment. He said they dont make exceptions. He was rude, continued to cut me off and was rushing to get me off the phone. Terrible service.

These guys were patient with me even though I had lots of questions and sat around researching on my phone. Just got my car back a few minutes ago and the tint job has no obvious flaws or problems. A+

Absolutely annoying to have a Tahoe with this company's name on the back window next to us in traffic on the 5. The bass was visibly vibrating not only their SUV's roof, but our entire RV! We thought we had something wrong!
