Went for alignment after having skid plate removed, then they told us they did what they could and they found a bent arm while doing alignment so it might be still pulling, an told me they could fix the arm, they just just keep Phishing for more comeback service, rip off artistic I do say so myself. I've worked in automotive industries for many years, and could tell right away, untrustworthy.

We were surprised by your response to our service, given that we provided you with an estimate before any services were performed and our driver commuted thirty minutes each way to both pick you up and drop you off, a total of two hours, after we explained that we typically only offer rides within a 6-mile radius. We regret that we will no longer be able to service your vehicle, as we cannot allow anyone on the premises who engages in derogatory speech. We take pride in our shop and our ability to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience.
