Misdiagnosed my original problem, costed me 750 dollars. Round 2 and I'm looking at an even higher bill. They are con men, and honestly I think he didn't fix the problem the first time to get me back in the door and steal money from me. After I get my range Rover back from them today, I vow to never go back there again!

I was given a vehicle (loaner) that was very uncomfortable to drive. When I went to retrieve my Range Rover, I was not told thank you for my service, I was not told thank you at all. My vehicle was not cleaned by the dealership, so I was very disappointed with the service in general.

Had a last minute "Transmission Fault" warning when my Range Rover Sport was fully packed for an expedition NOLS Wilderness Medicine re-certification course I couldn't miss...called at almost closing time and by the time I arrived they had a brand new Velar ready for a loaner...doesn't get much better than that!

Cant justify spending tens of thousands on a vehicle when your commercials have men wearing high-water pants in one segment and virtual yoga pants in the next. Surprised I didnt see pants halfway down the rear too. I guess your marketing says only 20-somethings (who think those styles are masculine and flattering) are the ones who purchase your vehicles?
