If I could give -5 I would because that is what they really deserve. Bought car on 08/21 drove off lot. 10 mins later car breaks down. DPAA claims covered under our warranty. Warranty company states, that claim should be with DPAA. So now here our car sits for almost 1 month and we are stuck in middle and no one willing to make good. Lawsuit being filed.

Thanks for your feedback but we do not clear codes as we sell cars as-is and check engine lights on from time to time. You are free to bring a mechanic and or a obd code reader at anytime.

Steven is great, and not pushy.. As promised, a new update, car was checked out and everything is good, communication was a bit lacking during the process But after they explained how it works, it was understandable and the service ended up being ok

Giving them stars. THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SUCKS. TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS. TO FIX MY CAR. WELL THEY DIDN'T FIX IT. BE CAUSE THEY CLAIM I HAD NO ISSUES. BUT IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK.. THEY REALLY DNT INPECT THE CARS BEFORE U BUY. THEY TELL U THAT THEY DO, BUT THEY REALLY DNT. SO MAKE SURE U CHECK OUT THE CAR ENGINE, TEST DRIVE THE CAR, ETC OR BETTER YET BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC, . i BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM THEM, BOTH THE CARS I BOUGHT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON A WEEK AFTER HAVING THEM . ONE JUST NEED TUNE UP AND THE OTHER ENGINE DIE. SO HAD TO RESALE. ALSO BUY THE WARRANTY. THATS THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. BUY THE WARRENTY..
