I called kealy Parker for a part she said its available she told to me to send my credit card info so she can ship to me,after she got my information,she told the part is sold,I told her if the part is sold why did you get my information,she hung up the phone in my face,Make sure they have the part before you buy from them place is fishy

Hello- We do offer a 90 day warranty on all parts purchased and installed by a certified mechanic shop with the exception of a few electrical parts which is stated on our invoice and in our warranty policy. We also accept returns on parts purchased within 30 days that have not been used less a restocking fee. We are sorry you have had a bad experience and hope you have exercised all options on returning the part as stated on our invoice. Thank you! Just spoke with the salesperson and he said he has been calling you back but your mailbox is full.

Don't get nothing from this place and tell or unless you read their policies of returns very carefully cuz they don't stand behind their products if it don't work they don't take it back and that's not good business they didn't have one to replace the one that my son had though I was still waiting on hearing from them and haven't heard from them yet got an alternator there and it didn't work it had 13 amps but not enough to fix the car. It needs at least 14.2 amps to start and recharge a car battery and this one only had 13.7 maybe at the most
