I was judged the moment I walked in. Asked for some smaller tile and they said they didn't have it and it would take 8 weeks to get it. Never looked at the computer or made a call to check. Pompous and arrogant, there are cheaper and faster way to get your material needs.

I fell in love with their products with the samples I got from our office but when I walked in to the showroom in NYC it was another story!!! The big scale make the products look even nicer! Michael Torsiello has been key for me to keep considering their products. He's the most enthusiastic rep I have worked with and sooo fast! Will keep using them for long!!!
