Had multiple issues with my service advisor and scheduling a simple recall. Months later they finally did it but someone went through my belongings including opening my knife and leaving it open among my things. 4 calls for management to call me and nobody ever did. The absolute distaste I have for this place cannot be put into words. Obviously the lack of respect for their customers and their property has been shown. Also, they dont have loaners they send you to Enterprise. If you have anywhere to be on a schedule, dont count on it.

My wife made an appointment for oil change. Wish they would have told me before hand it was going to take over 2hrs. Had to ask what was going on with the car before anyone let me know after 1hr. Worst experience here yet

My husband and I unexpectedly found ourselves car shopping and we are so lucky to have met Tony at Regal Honda! He was very patient with all of our questions, so informative when test drove vehicles, and didn't pressure us at all to buy while we were still in the process of researching. When we decided on a Honda Accord, we knew we'd return to buy from Regal Honda because of Tony's help and expertise. Horrible service department! They broke a number of parts on my vehicle and then rigged them to make it work long enough to drive home. My car was also washed and left with scratches and some sticky adhesive on the back. Awful! I will never give them another penny!
