I walked in today with my tag renewal bill, insurance identification, license and checkbook. I was simply running errands and happy the day was going well. For some reason, I was treated with disrespect and slight hostility. I was more than a little surprised. I started to ask a question and was literally cut off and told my question would probably be answered by reading the note on the back of the employees computer monitor. My question was not answered. I simply got quiet, wrote the check out properly with license and phone number and received my sticker. I then indicated my confusion regarding her attitude toward me. I asked her if she was having a bad day or if I had done anything wrong. It really bothered me to be treated so rudely. I believe it must be quite challenging to work in any customer service position. However, each customer should be treated with respect unless they are inappropriate. I normally wouldnt write this negative review, but it has really bothered me for several hours. Maybe this particular employee needs to find s new job???
Im not one to leave reviews, but when I walk in for the Real ID process and get denied service because Id be bogging down the system and making it harder for those that do need it I feel like Im left with no choice. Rude and lacking professionalism when all Im looking to do is update to a Real ID before sending off my passport for renewal. I was given another address and told to go there. Sorry to be a botherI thought that was your job
Great customer service! I have been well taken care of, and treated with respect and courtesy, every time I have been in the office. Gina and April were outstanding!
I called to ask if there was a wait to get my license renewed. The only answer I was given was an annoyed "Yup." Before I was hung up on. Work on your professionalism.
