Unfortunately, we have no record of this person ever doing business with us. We have always had completely satisfied customers. Our customers also give us excellent feedback on how well our communications are compared to other shops in our industry. I believe you have the wrong business.

This vehicle was towed to our shop in early 2020, and was not picked up until 2022 (2 Years). It arrived unlocked, but no key for ignition or trunk access. After many attempts to contact the owner, we finally spoke with the owner. The request was to get the vehicle running. First step, contact locksmith to gain access. Second step, get the car running. This was accomplished and vehicle was test driven several times. Again, many attempts to contact the owner for pickup (and to discuss other mechanical issues) were made and the vehicle set at our shop for another year and a half. In February 2022, the owner made contact and we recommended he tow it due to the distance he was traveling and other mechanical issues, which he chose to not have fixed. He did want to start it up at pickup, but the battery had set for a very long time and would need to be charged. He was in a hurry and did not want to wait. He chose to load it on the tow truck and go. He was giving the vehicle to his cousin and it was no longer his problem. We are not a storage facility and we were very generous to not charge the owner storage fees.

Th staff seems pretty cool. I left my car here for about a year and absolutely nothing was done. Im still trying to figure out what they did. The whole point of me dropping car was to get it running and that was not accomplished. When I left one of the workers told me if I needed engine work to come back, I dont know if he was joking because I came to them to get the engine running. I dont even think my car was moved the whole time. I just wanted to pay and leave. If you do decide to go here please check on car physically every couple of days. My car sat in same spot it was left and still water was in the trunk . I had high hopes. Was let down.

I am terribly sorry to hear about your experience, Jonathan. I would like to try to help resolve any frustration. We are completely covered up on our service side with a wait list and currently have 60 engines under build in the machine shop. Unfortunately, we work as a team and everyone on the team gets to decide on incoming projects. We often have potential customers send pictures of their project for us to make well informed decisions to move forward with quotes. Quotes are very time consuming and can take valuable labor time away from current projects if we are not careful. We are a well known shop in our industry w/ a history in quality work, which we stand behind through warranty. We are not a general maintenance shop, but do maintenance for our project intake customers only.

Called to request a quote for a engine rebuild. Person on the phone asks me to take pictures of the truck and text it to them. So I did, 3 weeks go by and I heard nothing about it. I text again to ask what's going on and they ask who I am they had lost their phone. Understandable enough. So I text them the pictures again. Two more weeks go by without a single word. So I text and ask for an update. I am then informed that they only do rebuilds (what I'm wanting) not maintenance. So I inform them that I am wanting a full rebuild. They come up with some random excuse that after they rebuild it the fuel system may not work correctly. So what I'm telling everyone with this is to not waste your time. Find someone else, I set aside 50k for the rebuild of this truck and they obviously do not want my money so, they probably don't want yours either. *Response to Owner* I didn't want general maintenance, as said above I wanted a full rebuild. I had heard you were the best in my area and you are only 10 mins from my house. I am having the truck fully restored to brand new specifications all the way around. The fact that you assume I am poor and only want maintenance is absolutely infuriating. I assure you, someone else is going to enjoy the 60k I have now saved up for the restoration.
