William, Sorry it took Princeton BMW so long to get your plates for you. We received the work from the dealership you purchased your car from on 8/19, requsted needed items on 8/24 from the dealership and was sent to our service in MO on 8/30. Your plates were mailed to you on 9/7. Not really sure what justifies you calling our company a clown, but leaving a review like this is a reflection on how far your recommendation should be taken. We have been in business for 20 years and appreciate your feedback.

I purchased a vehicle from Princeton BMW and I live in Missouri. Beacon was incompetent throughout the entire process. It took over 90 days to receive the license plates and it took me over 4 hours on the phone between the dealer, MO DMV at the MO capital in Jeff City, and Beacon dropped the ball. They sent the documents to a small contract office in MO which doesn't even provide information to the State's DMV to track the application processing, and the small contract office didn't know what they were doing either by requesting documents not even needed. Two clowns not knowing what they were doing means poor results. I would not recommend Beacon for any Out of State vehicle purchase.
Leyla, you are not the customer or the dealership that sent this work to us. You do not use our service so we unsure how you can leave this review. We received the paperwork you called about on 9/24. The dealership had the paperwork for an extended time and made an error when submitting it to us. We are waiting for the dealership to correct the issue. When you called you were extremely rude yelling at our manager on the phone. Before leaving a review for a company you might want to lay out the facts first.

If I could give no stars I would. the most unprofessional service bureau ever, they have my paperwork for two months still no plates. When you call they are extremely rude and don't have answers use anyone but them.
I'm a Finance Manager at a car dealer and we use Beacon National frequently for our out of state deals. Their quote system is easy and accurate - including county taxes and other odd fees that other states charge (I would have no way to know about such things if not for Beacon). Their staff is friendly, helpful, easy to reach, and knowledgeable. Auto transactions out of state are complicated and problematic, but Beacon National does a great job of coordinating everything between states and making it easy for us to complete sales.
500 cars in 2 1/2yrs sold all over New England. Beacon handled our out-of-state registrations seamlessly!!!! Issues? Maybe on OUR end! Saybrook Motor Sports 2017-2019
Jarod, The delay in processing your paperwork was due to the dealership not processing your paperwork correctly. Once we received your paperwork from the dealership the process only took a few days on our end. Sorry you had a bad experience but the issues were out of our control. We only process the paperwork we are provided by the dealership.

Company is extremely shady and will not talk directly with customer. First time I worked with them it took me 03 months to get my tags, title and registration, a process that should take no more than 02 weeks. I decided to give them a second chance and they have again decided not to talk to me and at this point I have been waiting 01 months and still no not have my paperwork. Do not use this company!!!!
