I went in to get my current vehicle appraised as well as test drive a potential vehicle. I understand I am a younger customer but I was essentially blown off and looked at as If I didnt belong. Finally someone took the vin and mileage of my car and then proceeded to tell me to sit in the waiting area. I waited about 30 mins before I finally got up and left. I did not feel appreciated as a customer Nor did I feel like my time was respected!
