I love the cars don't get it wrong, the sales guy who helped us during are visit was completely rude and made us feel like we are not worth test driving a car. I have been car shopping for 2 days and all the dealership we when thru they all approached us friendly offer us help or something good making us feel welcome. The sales guy who helped us his name is Ramon, I advise stay away from him he was disappointed at us because we told him how are credit score was and he completely felt like we are not worth his time after made us get off the car we were looking at and didn't let us look at a luxury class suv he wanted sell us a base model car when we were not interstead.

My experience with this branch is horrible I leased a car from them and they arranged to deliver the car to my house just to get the deal done. So i got the car that day but my cars second key was missing I called, emailed and texted the salesperson as well as the manager like thousand times to try to arrange to get my second and they havent responded to any of my trials They said they are gonna mail to you 2 weeks ago and i still havent received it So once the deal is done,they wont help you anymore! I STILL NEED TO FIND WHERE AND WHEN MY KEYS WERE MAILED???!! When there are a lot of those unsatisfactory reviews, the management have to do something about it
