Screws small buisness' over. Wont pay for there own bills. Hosts cars and coffee events then doesnt pay vendors..joke of a company :update: Was made aware that they have now paid vendors for their service. A review was Necessary as this is a major car dealer and after seeing messages from personnel at the dealer to a vendor, A negitive review was in order. Be kind

Extremely disappointed with the service team. Drove from Boston to Bedford to drop car off, which took about 1 1/2 hrs , for a tire repair and rim restoration. When the car was ready for pick up, I left work and drove another 1 1/2 hrs , which I had no problem doing .. Until..When I got to the dealership. The keys were left for me as it was after 5 when I arrived, which the service team and I prearranged before hand because of I thought I would be late because of rush hour traffic. I got to the dealership, picked up the keys, checkout out the work; which looked great.. but when I started up the car, a Flat Tire warning light came on for the exact tire the service team replaced. The tire was extremely low almost flat. No one was left at the service station to fix the tire, so I was given same dirty (on the inside) loaner car back to go home until they could look at the issue the next day.. So I drove another 1 1/2 hrs back to Boston with out my car. Now, theres a snowstorm and need to wait another two days before picking my car up. Also, I purchased the car in November, drove about 3300 miles and now the service team tells me I need rear brake pads that cost $1100. I am very unhappy. I gave a 1 star rating because Nick at the sales team was so helpful in trying to locate someone to look at the flat tire.

The salesman seemed friendly enough, felt like we didn't belong there cause we weren't buying a new car, told us we would hear back next day, they never called, when I called was told " oh sorry we couldn't finance you but another salesman sold it this morning " very snobby
