I bought a used car and scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced at the Union dealership. I had a 7:45am appointment. My representative asked if I was going to wait or drop off the vehicle. I told them I would drop it off but I would be in the area. I called at 11:00am to find out the status of the vehicle because I only wanted a diagnostic test. I was told because I choose drop off the vehicle had been pushed to the back and would be ready before the end of the day. I explained to the representative that wasnt my understanding and I needed the vehicle back soon. She never offered to place the vehicle in the shop instead she repeated that the vehicle was at the back of the line and would be ready by the end of the day. Not sure what good results are at the end of the day once the service center is closed. I expected much more from a Mercedes dealership unfortunately I was wrong.
Worst Experience !! Con Dealership !! Stay Away as much as you can Please make sure the the car on which the deal was finalized , it is the same one you picked and had it delivered . I had finalized the deal on the GLC 300 over the phone (At that moment the VIN was not available, He gave me later on day before delivery). All the numbers were fixed. but the actual car which was delivered different than on which the deal was fixed. the sales person did not update me about the changes he made.Unfortunately I did not get the chance to compare the sticker and I just noticed after few hours having left the dealership. Right after I spoke to sales manager couple of times , but he expressed his unwillingness to help me out and kept me saying you should have checked the sticker twice . I trusted them but it it was my mistake . This guys do not follow their company's president statements . "If you think anything is more important than the customer, think again."
This is the best service department I have ever been too. I own a lot of cars and when ever I need my Mercedes serviced I only trust Jamie Rodgers and his service team. They are top notch, listen to my needs, and always get it done quickly.
A terrible dealership. I took my car in for servicing (oil change, check fluid levels, check the Air bag malfunction) on Tuesday, 12 July 2022. This appointment was given to me after waiting for a month. I was told it would take " a couple of days". After a few days I was told it would go into the shop on Friday 15 July. Today, 19 July, a week after I first brought the car in, I was told my car was not in the shop yet and did not know when it would be. I am going to pick my car up tomorrow and will never to back to this terrible dealership.
