I am not too happy with Mark in the parts department for hanging up the phone on my daughter when she was trying to return a part that took too long to come in that she paid for in advance; however, I am working with the management to resolve this issue before I post my experience with the dealership. More to follow...
Took my Infiniti g37 to Bradshaw Infiniti while still under power train warranty for transmission issues. Vehicle was misdiagnosed as needing a new clutch and flywheel. I paid $1,263 (just in labor) for them to install a new clutch and flywheel. After the new clutch was installed my vehicle performed the same as before- it still had grinding in 5th gear. Took vehicle back and they acknowledged that the transmission needed to be replaced under warranty. They replaced the transmission at no charge but are refusing to refund the labor I have already paid. Their attempt at a fair resolution was to offer a $500 service credit for future labor...as if I'd want to return for more of their services.

Worst service department for Infiniti!! Take your car elsewhere extremely unprofessional and will over charge on any opportunity they get. Michael Bonello is the absolute worst
