Not happy with the lack of friendliness or courtesy from this establishment. Ordered a center instrument cluster bezel 2 weeks ago, I called today to get an update. Was informed that it was out of stock and they didn't have an inbound time for the piece. I asked if I had not called, would Paragon have called me to inform me that there was no date for inbound delivery? I was told no. But informed my card wasn't charged. Was this to make up for the lack of being informed? I'm unsure. Originally I was told the part would be in after 14 days. I understand that Paragon may have not been informed by the vendor, but for Paragon to not relay to me that no delivery date was available is poor customer service. I tried to buy local, but Paragon ensured I won't be back.
.... I ordered 2 parts from Paragon and when I got them I discovered that they were actually stamped with "Corvette Central." When I called Paragon and spoke to Blaine and asked why would I purchase parts from Paragon when I could just purchase from Corvette Central directly his reply was for Paragon's "profit margin." Never again Blaine.
Terrible products, mostly foreign made I presume, based on my experience with pieces that just don't fit. Watch out when buying parts here because they fight you every step you take to get things right. Specifically I bought a pressure plate kit that had the wrong size actuator arms. They were too short. The throw out bearing almost fell through between them. I sent pictures and Tony agreed, seeing the discrepancy. Said he'd get beck to me. I wanted two weeks, no response. So I called him. He then says the manufacturer says my linkage is worn out. Unbelievable. I then consulted with two shops. Both agreed with my evaluation of the problem,. I bought a new pressure plate elsewhere.
