Do not attempt to do business with these people. They are totally nonresponsive to your inquires about the items advertised on line and then harass you with voicemails weekly for what is now at least a year trying to sell you something you have never expressed any interest in.. Very poor way to conduct business. And just for the record you will find glowing reviews about other businesses under my name.

!READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Extremely dishonest place which preys on people who has little experience with the industry. We came to buy a used car for $20500. We liked the car and were ready to buy it that day. Everything was ok till we saw the price. ~$29000 is how much they asked for a car (apr was not included yet) which was listed for $20500. They added 3 different fees: $2495, $1299 and $1000. They had little to no explanation about what we actually getting from overpaying this much. Besides that they listed doc fees as $1800 which are at most $1000. Out of all thoses fees they let us to take off only the $2495 one after negotiating for an hour. Their argument was - all the dealership are doing this so you have no choice. I totally disagree with this and think such places need to be punished. Please, don't buy anything from them. It makes car buying experience extremely painful for everybody.
I bought my car here in 2015, and I had the best experience. It was my first time buying a car, and all the managers and the salesperson who assisted me were all super friendly and helpful. All finances were handled by my credit union, so I didn't have to deal with any of that. I take my car in regularly for oil changes and they always tell me when I should expect the next thing to need repair on my car and how long I can drive safely before fixing anything. Jim has always been the nicest person, and Adam has been an excellent addition to the team! I recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues all the time!
I set up appointment after a week of texting with the manager's agent. we came up with some tentative numbers based on perfect condition of my trade in. the day of appointmen no one know I was coming in. the vehicle I had made appointment to test drive was out of battery and could'nt be revived for an hour. the salesman was not aware of my coming in. after waiting an hour, the previous numbers changed drastically even though my trade in was flawless and they knew it. no appologies, nothing! the worst part is that I have purchased vehicles from these guys several times before. so, if they treat me like garbage, not sure how they treat a new client. I will never go back. I advise you guys go elsewhere.
