Came to cape nearly 2 months ago and new almost nothing about the area. I saw it had decent reviews on google and decided I would take my car here. DO NOT. My sunroof was broken and the bolts fell out of the motor to my sunroof?? They put it back in and they tried quoting me over 1,000 to fix it when all it needed was to be recalibrated. Got my car back and noticed they scuffed my back bumper (black btw so its very noticeable) in 2 different areas and got oil or some sort of black stuff ALL OVER my car. They told me they would clean my car for free and I was happy because of everything that had went wrong, so I obliged and had them clean my car but as soon as I got it back, clips were broken trim pieces were snapped in half so I called it quits and never went back. They are dishonest, incompetent and useless. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

My son had a minor accident while we were on vacation and the rear window was shattered. Cranberry was able to order and install the new window within a day. They were sensitive to my son's embarrassment (new driver, first accident) and handled the situation with both concern and professionalism. I would highly recommend this body shop.

I had my car towed to Cranberry Collision after an accident. They did the body work and put a new radiator in and gave it back to me. The engine blew a few days later because they had improperly installed the radiator. It has been 3 months and I had to work with insurance to replace the engine and still the air conditioning is not working. Cranberry Collision kept telling me they would make it right but never did. Bill, the owner, just gave up and told me it was my problem. I would suggest you go elsewhere. What a terrible experience!!
