Working business to business trying to sell a transmission for them and they kept giving me different prices than listed.. wouldn't return my calls. Finally talked to the manager and was put on hold for over 15 minutes with no disregard. Customer service was poor.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They're so unorganized its unreal. They're liars and only want your money. If you take your car up here to buy parts and pay for installation be prepared for them to not call you for updates and not tell you where your car is at if they take it to another shop that they are partnered with. Every time I called no one would tell me what is going on with my car and would forward me to my sales rep. Who would not answer and not call back even if you call 2-3 times a day leaving a voicemail for a week. They just keep giving you a runaroun.
