I tried to search their inventory but all the pop-ups were sssssso very annoying. I kept starting over in order to try and search, then gave up and wrote this disappointed and frustrating review. I will make a note to myself to SKIP the Bedard website!
Very disappointed!! My car was there for a month. They never fixed they just keep saying the technician was on vacation, that they dont have enough staff. Yesterday I decided to take it somewhere else the door didnt open. I had to pay someone to open the door and now I have to buy a new battery because my car was never turned on. The door and battery were working perfect before I brought it there.
Just traded in my Honda HRV for a brand new Jeep Compass. Cody Gardner was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
The service Dept at this place is horrible! I have experience in the automotive service field and the way my relatives were treated was pathetic! My relative had an issue that made the vehicle not safe to drive. This dealer did nothing to help with the repair or submit a goodwill claim. They flat out said sorry $850 to fix!. The item that failed is not something that should happen with low miles and Jeep is well aware of the concern. The advisor kept pushing services "Thanks to the wonderful consulting tactics of John Sherriff and not fix the problem they came in for . They wanted the issue fixed and not change the spark plugs or change the cabin filter. This was not the priority at this time as the vehicle could not be driven. After a simple call to Jeep and a trip to another dealer they were treated very fair and even offered a loaner from the other dealer. Not professional!
