Hi Sijo, I would like to clarify your comments to make sure you have a full understanding as far as a fee comparison goes: All Broward county agencies that charge four dollars are walk-in offices. Most if not all do not answer the phone and generally there is at least an hour or more wait - sometimes outside in the hot sun. We are a drop off and pick up service. We also answer her phone and are easily accessible. The $15 fee includes the $4 dollar agency fee that is charged to us. Therefore, our fee is $11. Also, our turnaround time is not 4 days. We require 2 business days. We are also open extended hours and weekends for your convenience as well. Many nearby services that offer no waiting and drop off and pick up charge more than we do.

It was going to take 4 days to get the registration renewal and they were charging a $15 fee to renew it. Other places only charge $3-4 for the fee and you get it right then.

Good morning, that price includes a 2 year registration and $25 courier service charge and minimal waiting time with easy scheduling including extended office hours and Saturday service. Did you revive that at Coral Springs? Its always good to make a fair comparison so wanted to clarify.

The workers and everything is fine and professional but they tried to charge 500 for a tag,plate and registration. Coral Springs does it all for 425 Finesse much ?

We generally do not alert customers of the arrival of the documents until we receive and review them as DMV makes mistakes or does not provide what we order. No lines, super accessible, but expect poor communication. The office is likely stretched thin but it's not our problem. At first, they were able to process my title transfer and registration quickly. We were promised delivery in 2 days at noon, and Ricardo says he'll text me as soon as it's ready. Okay, cool. 2nd day... afternoon approaches, no contact. I call them, and Ricardo tells me it'll be ready between 4-5, and he'll text me as soon as I can pick them up. I arrived at 4... 5 rolls around, STILL no communication. So I walk in and he tells me the person with the plates still hasn't arrived. Why not text me to tell me it's not ready?? They also close at 6, and he had no idea where we were driving there from... we could've missed the office hours completely. I'm grateful we didn't have to wait in the DMV lines, but seeing as you're going to pay additional fees for their courier services/processing fees, their service in return really sucks.
