I was looking for a used car. James helped me out. Nice at first, however, when I declined his offer, he his demeanor completely changed. He become very quiet and rude. Not a good sales attitude. After about an hour of him stalling and wasting my time, I believe it was the sales manager, she came out and was a breath of fresh air. Anywho, she saved the day, but stated someone would contact me the following day for more information and they never did. Poor customer service.

My husband and I brought our Forester XT for recall corrections and noticed that both the driver and passenger headrests weren't ours and loaded with greasy type of hair product film. Very disappointed and will definitely get it corrected. Also, the customer service can use some improvements.
