Went to have my drive's side door replaced. Sam Jackson's put the door on wrong to where it was noticeable with the naked eye. What happened to doing an inspection before returning my car? The door still is not on correctly, because they would have to start from scratch(not going to happen)When I took my car back Sam Jackson incorrectly adjusted the door so instead of being crooked it's pushed in too far. Thus, I do not recommend Sam Jackson to fix body work on your car.

Went for an estimate to have fenders painted, but they were too good to paint them. Went back for a quote to re-spray a rear bumper and was quoted $1100 and told the bumper needed replaced when it just had paint rubbed off. Took to 5Star Collision and had it re-sprayed for $360. If you're paying out of pocket go somewhere else unless you like paying x3 the cost.

My 2015 Honda Pilot was hit while at work, the vehicle was damaged on the rear side panel and rear bumper area. Long story long, they performed excellent work and everything looks even better than before! We are missing a seat belt anchor cover. This is located behind the rear 3rd row seat.. Surprisingly this a expensive piece to purchase.. Hopefully they still have it at the shop. This was on the vehicle before the worked on it. They only work on Acura and Honda so I recommend! I do hope they can replace the Anchor cover! It's now a eye sore to see (from my wife)

They have had my car for six months. Told me it would take 1-2 months to be done. After they failed to get it back to me, they then continued to tell me every 3 weeks it would be done. Its still in the shop.
