Came in recently for an oil change and to get this noise checked. I'm not a car person, at all, so I was a bit worried with explaining what issues I was having. The advisor that helped me, Andrew White, was patient and listened to the poorly explanation that I gave him. A couple hours later I received a call back (dropped off my car for service), regarding what they found and the service they did to fix the problem. I've worked with other advisors from Suburban Subaru and has always had great service. Wait time is long though, so I do suggest to drop off your car and pick up when ready.

Buying our Outback from Suburban in 2015 was a very positive and efficient experience. We took our car in for routine maintenance yesterday and were very pleased with the courtesy and the service. Definitely want to go back, and will be happy to buy our next car from them.
The first time I leased a car from here it was a great experience but this time around it was horrible. The sales team makes you feel like you can't afford their vehicles and they never touch base with you. I know it's annoying to get calls from other car dealerships every other day but Suburban Subaru doesn't reach out at all. The one time I got a call was after I leased from another Subaru dealership and when I told them they didn't say goodbye or anything just hung up. Better off going to Glassman Subaru.
