They did my sons school pictures at his school and dont state what the packages include. The number to call on the label is incorrect if you want to reorder. The code on the paper to reorder doesnt even work upon reading more of the same complaints one would think youd fix all your issues. But I guess not. First and last time ordering.

My daughter had dance pictures done back in April 2017, I only ordered a disc and comes with only 2 pictures on it.. we are now going on almost 5 months waiting to receive and still have not received it.. I have called many times, emailed, put in support tickets, and so has my daughters dance studio and they just give us the run around or never respond back.. This is not the first time I've had issues with my daughters dance pictures with this company, it's been an every year thing, the first year they sent me the wrong pictures.. This place is very unprofessional and I do not recommend them at all, especially for how high their prices are, very unacceptable..

Another great year with a memory makers. Ive had to reschedule 3x because Ive had costume issues. They are great to work with and very accommodating. I always like the props they bring and have great ideas on posing when Im tapped out.

First thing I did not like is when they came to photograph my daughters dance company they did not allow parents to go back. Then I did not receive half of our picture order. They sent an email to verify the picture and my daughters bangs were completely over her eyes/glasses. I complained and asked for my money back and they said No and that they would fix it about 2 months later I received the pictures and they did a complete hack job to her bangs in this picture. I am still asking for a refund, we will see if they actually give it. Otherwise I will be contacting the better business bureau. I would not EVER recommend.
