My wife brought her car for brakes and oil change the guy said it would be about $375 then he called trying to sell her more services to a total of $850 when my waife told me I called to decline on the extra services and the tech hung up on me, when I picked up the car we notice the brakes were still making a weired noise and the airbag sensor light came on, and tge AC was not working properly so we took the car back to the dealership and to my surprise received the worst service ever. Currently I am looking at my options on how to proceed with this. But seriously if you can simply try a different location tthis one is very very poorly managed.
Dreadful service. I took my car to get a new radiator - against the advice of friends who said dealership would be more expensive. I mistakenly thought I would get a better service. Instead it was worse. From day one it was impossible to contact the service team. It took 4 days of me calling non stop and leaving messages to confirm that they had received the car from the AAA tow. Then I got persuaded to do expensive extra full services. They then told me my car was ready 10 days later however returning it with no working back brake or indicator lights (which previously had been working) I almost had 2 accidents because of this until I realized the problem. I then returned it to them within 2/3 days of picking it up in order to have them rectify it. I would have expected after an expensive full service that it would be in better condition than when it went in. But then things got worse. Its currently been with the service for THREE WEEKS and Boone has called me or told me they have fixed it or why they are doing about it. I cant contact anyone who runs the office there at all. Its the most UNRELIABLE service place Ive ever found. The only plus side was that one of the service team at least tried to help by giving me his cell after I had resorted to calling them via the Sales department- where they clearly answer phones very fast! Sadly its not fair on one person to handle things via their personal cell so Ive tried not to use that not least because he doesnt have any answers. Having someones car for 3 weeks and not communicating back to them or answering messages and phones is NOT acceptable. This place could not be named more inappropriately. I suspect and it seems they are so short staffed - and all of that is purely management or owners fault. Nice team, but terrible service due to that.

They are conniving and will beg you to spend your hard earned money for nothing. Watch out. A much different place after buying out the Jeep dealership access the street.
