I bought my last three new cars here. Never had a complaint until this last one. Every time I brought it in for service they underinflated the tires. Finally I asked the lady I spoke to in the service dept to make sure the tires were inflated to 35 PSI as recommended by Chevy they STILL managed to give it back underinflated. I cannot trust them.When I emailed them, they said I would be contacted soon and three weeks later, never heard from them. It was as if once I bought the car they no longer cared. I will not take this car back for service nor will I buy my next new car from them.

Mike anderson in Merriville charged me 125 to try and unlock my radio, took them 2 hours and couldn't unlock it... Smith chevy fixed it in 30 minutes and only charged me 55 bucks
