You purchased an item incorrectly(yes, it is not just year and model that needs to be matched, item was part number specific as add stated) from eBay and sent it back. eBay deducted the cost of the shipping from your refund as their policy stated they would.

ordered a part that was supposed to be for my specific vehicle. It was not the right part. getting it returned was a bear and then they kept 50%. This was never divulged to me or I would have kept the part and sold it myself. Heritage is a huge Scam...never to business with them

You were given 30 days to return a unit you purchased on eBay, you decided to wait triple that time to send it back. Yes, return period was LONG expired.

I bought a used A/c compresssor from them off ebay,the belt pulley bearing was bad ,very rough,they said no refund ,time had passed but i bought it in February 14 ,returned it the same month,,there were some shipping delays due to national holidays, but still well within the 90 day period,now they have my money and their part .Called then.on the.phone no help either. RIPOFF ARTIST!!

Great place of business. Pleasant staff and very knowledgeable. Will always do business with them. If they don't have your part they will try and get it. If not they can normally help you find it.

Andy, Sorry to see this review. Part was out of warranty and an extended warranty was declined at time of purchase. We did not and never had advertised a life time warranty. Surely you are aware that it is standard for a business not to warranty items that are out of warranty. Also demanding a partial refund in exchange for good feedback is extortion, we would rather have a bad review.... "it's the concept of the matter"

Bought a defective part. They refused to refund it. Even though it was a cheap part, It's the concept of the matter. Bad customer service. They could/should have just refunded $10 worth and this would be a 5 star review instead of a 1 star.
