If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My husband and I went in both looking for new vehicles, they price range and the payments they gave us were absolutely outrageous and wanted a ton of money down for a lease! We were told that no matter where we go wed get the same numbers. We went to another dealership and they blew them out of the water. Much much better deals and friendly people who arent pushing you into a sale! We werent even offered a test drive let alone to step inside the vehicle! All this place wanted was our money and had no shame in asking for anything they wanted. Buyer beware

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and my experience here. My husband and I worked with Scott Hoffman and will be going back to him again for our next vehicle as well. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable (as all salespeople should be) but unlike other salespeople I've dealt with before Scott seemed to put our best interests above those of the dealership. He talked to us about the certification inspections that the vehicle has undergone, the warranties that are included in the sale (not additional warranties or any of that nonsense) and even inspected the vehicle himself and pointed out areas of concern before ensuring they were addressed immediately. When we got to the financing, we worked with Mike Summers who didn't waste anyone's time trying to slip BS into the sale, and he was very informative and friendly as well. There were no back-and-forth games, no attempted up-selling of things we didn't want nor need, and no excessive waiting. At risk of sounding cliche, the overall vibe that we walked away with is that this is a family-atmosphere, and we were included in that family.

Only giving one star because I have to. My car has been serviced at least once a month since March (I just dropped it off for the fourth time now) with similar issues. However, every time I bring it back, they tell me its something new (even though Im experiencing the same problems). Ive now spent over $5K here since March. The only person whos worth anything there is the advisor Sherry. My family and I (several cars each) have had our vehicles serviced here for years but we will no longer be using them due to this. Its very unfortunate that the business has gone down hill. Hopefully, this time my car will actually be repaired but quite honestly, Im not holding my breath. Dont let my terrible experience be yours.
