Unfortunate when they sell you your car - service is lacking. Unlike their competitors, Jeep does not offer loaner cars when servicing your vehicle. Its extremely inconvenient for people with full-time jobs, if I was aware of this policy I would have never bought a Jeep. Too bad for me. Bill
Staff is not the friendliest. In fact one of the technicians, pedro perez is very rude and unpleasant. He will not even acknowledge you while you are waiting your turn to be helped as you stand right in front of him. Also the service replacement that was done to my wiper blade motors, caused somehow a huge vibration whenever my vehicle accelerated over 45 mph and he denied any possibility very bluntly that it was their doing although i knew otherwise. It was non existent prior to my service. They also did not vacuum the interior as they did other times. There were more complaints but long story short, i will go to the jeep dealer 20 miles away before i go back to sansone in rahway which is less than 5 miles away. And lastly....man oh man are they expensive! Wanted to charge me over $600 for simple rear brake job and $500+ for front. I left, bought the parts and a friend and myself did it for obviously way way less.
