I do not recommend them for auto body work. The initial paint job, repair work and customer service was good. But, then I noticed the problems. They cut my vehicle's custom trim molding short on one side and they told me, not once, but three times that it had shrunk. Rubber trim molding does not shrink by 1 1/2 inches. I felt insulted by that explanation. I had to notice that the trim molding was shorter on one side. They knew it, but didn't say a word until I kept pointing it out. When I first started questioning why my trim molding was shorter on one side, Kevin became non-communicative and hard to reach. This took 4 months to resolve. They used the wrong mounting screws for my bumper cover and it developed cracks and had separated from the bumper. My vehicle had to go back in to fix that. In the beginning I had recommended to Kevin, to get a new bumper cover, but he was confident that they can do the repairs. He accepted the job. I recommended that he reinforce the crack areas that were repaired. 4 months later a crack again reemerged and it went in again to fix that. From my inspection of the work, and best as I can tell they still did not reinforce those areas. Also, the bumper cover step pads are now not secured properly. The initial paint job was good, but the last paint job has serious flaws in the workmanship and now he does not want to correct these issues under the original warranty. Instead, he tells me that their work is not covered by their lifetime warranty due to my vehicle not having original GM parts and that he didn't want to do the work in the first place. I am confused. He accepted the job and took on the work, I didn't force him. When Kevin took the job, he knew my vehicle was customized by Southern Comfort with original Southern Comfort parts. Now he states to me that their repair work on those original parts is not covered under their lifetime warranty. At this point, Kevin basically washed his hands of me. Their website mission statements and warranty does not state any restriction to only OEM parts in any form. Even the invoice receipts do not say that. Their mission statement though clearly states that they do warranty all their body and paint work, with the exception of prior existing rust repairs, for the ownership of the vehicle and backed by a complete 100% customer service guarantee. Nowhere is it written that their guarantee is restricted to specific parts. Now all of a sudden, the lifetime customer service guarantee doesn't apply because he is unable/unwilling to rectify/remedy the flaws in their workmanship. WOW! Their website say they offer customization to vehicles, is Kevin also now saying that they do not warranty their work for that service? I am disappointed overall with their auto body workmanship and especially his customer service.

Worst place to go for an out of pocket estimate/repair job. Inexperienced/untrained staff. Made an appointment a couple weeks before my estimate date. Called an hour before to confirm which location I was supposed to be at and come to find out my appointment was not in the system. Upon arrival, I didnt wait too long, but the estimate associate said they cant do the job. They shouldve taken the two week lead time of my appointment and actually advise me before wasting my time.

This is probably these best place to get your vehicle worked on. My wife got hit in my Nissan Frontier and the whole right side from front to rear was scraped and dented. Within like two weeks they replaced what needed to be and buffed what could and ensured everything was 110% as original as possible. The guys and gals are smart and reasonable their shop is by far the cleanest looking car shop Ive ever seen. This isnt some grease monkey car shop, their techs are on point and all certified and the Manager is a pretty cool dude. Gave me a tour and showed what projects they are working on and the best part they work with USAA. By far the most easiest repair job ever. I even went to them to get new tires installed. I highly recommend this Car Shop and as along as I live in the NOVA this is where Im taking my truck.

Get you car fixed elsewhere!!! Extremely disappointed in the length of time it took to complete the repair and most importantly the overall job itself. Spoke very highly of themselves but did not deliver!!! We will never use them again and I would recommend you dont either!
